Kalkan Grace is an Estate agents based in Kalkan, Turkey and the UK. We combine Turkish and British knowledge of Kalkan property for sale to provide you with all the help you need to find the perfect holiday home you desire. Kalkan Grace was established in 2000 by Ferhat Yilmaz, when Kalkan property for sale first began to boom. Between 2000 and 2005 housing prices went up by 25%-30%.

Kalkan Grace has a range of property for sale from luxury villas, apartments, resale properties to off-plan projects. Off-plan projects are becoming increasingly popular in the Kalkan property market and are expanding into the mountainous villages which surround Kalkan. We are able to assist in the sourcing of land and the design and construction of custom-built homes.

We have an in-house chartered architect, John Thornton, who is also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. John can advise with everything from outline designs through to construction and completion onsite. Kalkan Grace can also assist in maintenance of properties and rental services. Kalkan Grace also has 12 self-catering apartments for rent throughout the season.

Kalkan is a fishing port at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, it is accessible from Dalaman and Antalya airports. It is renowned for its tiny streets and rooftop terraces, and has long been popular with British tourists and buyers. Like Kas its neighbouring town it retains a traditional feel: the prayer call from the waterfront mosque mingles with dance music in the night air. The Lycian ruins and 11-mile beach of Patara are a 10-minute drive away and, a few miles inland, in Islamlar, famous for its freshwater trout, one sees the goatskin tents of nomads pitched amid the dramatic hills.
